Hi,
I’m Ilaria
I design and build clean, custom websites for people who care about the details.
I have always been fascinated by how different places make us feel. Before I started designing websites, my background was in interior design. I spent my time studying how people move through a room, how to arrange pieces, and how to make a physical space feel welcoming and balanced.
Today, I bring that exact same way of thinking to the internet.
Originally from Italy, I’ve lived here in Brighton for the past thirteen years. As a freelance web designer, I build custom websites on Squarespace for small businesses, creative studios, and independent brands. My style is creative, minimal, and intentional. I don’t like filling a screen with messy, unnecessary details. Instead, I focus on clean layouts, beautiful fonts, and spaces that give your ideas room to breathe.
How we work
together
A great website shouldn't feel like a rigid, pre-made box that you are forced to fit into. That is why I start every single project from a blank canvas. By pairing Squarespace’s Fluid Engine with custom code, I build websites that look unique, work perfectly on mobile phones, and are easy for people to use.
Whether we meet up for a coffee locally in Brighton to plan your site, or we work together online from London, New York, or anywhere else in the world, the process is very simple. You bring your story, your photos, and your ideas, and I will build a clean, beautiful digital home for them.
When the project is finished, I will show you exactly how to manage your new website yourself, so you can easily update text or swap photos whenever your business grows.
Let's start a
conversation
I intentionally keep my studio small and only work on a few websites at a time.
This allows me to give every single project my full attention, focus heavily on the small details, and make sure we never have to rush the process. To me, a great website takes a bit of time, and I want to ensure you enjoy the collaboration just as much as the final result.
If you have a project in mind, if your current website just doesn't feel like you anymore, or if you simply want to see if we would be a good fit to work together, please feel free to get in touch.
There is absolutely no pressure or complicated onboarding—just a normal, friendly conversation about what you are building and how we can bring it to life.
